Welcome to the exciting world of chariot racing. Ben Hur is
played with fourteen tableau piles, representing the chariots racing around the track, and
four foundation piles forming the winners' circle. The object is to get all the chariots
into the winners' circle.
Ben Hur was invented and designed for computer play. If you played it
with a physical deck you would soon tire of moving the chariots endlessly left and right.
Each play would take something like a minute, and a single game would take all day. But on
your computer each move takes a second. And the game is over in a satisfying few minutes!
