GOLFTRAC MEMBERSHIP MANAGER keeps track of each member's handicap, using the U.S. Golfing Accepted Formula with ASC. The ASC (Adjusted Stroke Control) Wizard, automatically computes each player’s adjusted score for each hole, based on his or her existing handicap as specified by the Formula. You enter the player’s “actual” score for each hole, the program automatically computes the “adjusted” score for that player and passes it on to the program for processing.

The program also keeps you informed of the status of each member’s account. It shows the date of the last payment, the type of membership and the paid and unpaid balance of each account. Plus, you can generate a report of all delinquent accounts with just the click of the mouse! Click again to automatically generate mail-out “Billing Invoices” to those members who are not current with their fees.

FLIGHT WIZARD, simplifies those difficult to generate flight groupings for club tournaments. Click on the “Flight Wizard” and you automatically get a list of ALL members. Next, click on each member who will compete in the tournament. Finally, click on the number of flights desired. When you click on the “Generate Flights” command button, the golfers are automatically aligned by either “Previous Day’s Score” OR by their “Established Handicap”. Click the “Print” button to print out the separate flights to your printer.

You can print a report showing each golfer's handicap in ascending order with the lowest handicaps first. And best of all, the handicaps are United States Golfing Accepted Formula computed handicaps using ASC. The program is customizable to your business. You type in the name of your organization and it appears on the computer display and on all of the reports and the mail-out Billing Invoices. The par values for each hole on your course is also entered into the program.
