Knowing your body fat percentage is critical when trying to improve your body composition. If you lose 2 pounds in fat and gain 3 pounds in muscle, now you weigh 201 pounds. By using a regular scale, you might think you gained fat. But with My Workout Trainer you will know you lost fat and gained muscle. Tracking body fat is the best way to improve your body composition.
