The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary, such as when we are unable to successfully complete a submitted order, and only shared with the publisher of the purchased product(s) as proof of registration. We only contact our customers directly to send the necessary software registration information as well as to send a short (no more then 3 questions) Customer Satisfaction survey. Survey results are for our own use and not disclosed. Overall Product Ratings are compiled from the survey results as well. Individual survey results are not disclosed.
