Description

WARNING: this game is meant to be used only by smaller children. Playing Picker could be hazardous for your mental health if your age is above five. You were warned.

Well, seriously, this is not an adult game. It was not even designed as such. Picker is clearly oriented at smaller children who yet have to obtain basic skills of dealing with the computer, such as moving an object across the screen by pressing the cursor keys. The tasks are simple, the pace is not too fast, and overall feel of the product is funny.

As with most of Gamos products, this game is of two-fold value. First, it helps a child memorize that poisonous mushrooms and berries can be encountered in real life, as well as tasty ones. Second (and probably much more important to a city-born child of the computer age), it demonstrates to the boys and girls that those strange machines with colored lights and small TV-like screens can also be great fun.
